5. Include an individual statement describing unique educational experiences (e.g., special projects), career plans, leadership experience, and involvement in a community activity. This statement should be no longer than one typed page, double-spaced.
6. Attach two (2) MEDA Scholarship Recommendation Forms from educators and/or employees who are familiar with your background.

7. Attach an up-to-date transcript of your academic record.
8. Attach your application with a covering letter showing why you think you need such scholarship, and how you see yourself eligible for it.
 

APPLICATION DEADLINE: one month before the course
